Jobo Africa develops residential communities across Africa, leveraging technology to deliver innovative housing solutions. For over a decade, Jobo Africa has been addressing a key problem for the diaspora: how to affordably build quality homes back in their home countries, and do it in a way that allows homebuyers to enjoy the benefits sooner than otherwise possible.

Led globally by African emigrants, former US Peace Corp volunteers, and top real estate development professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in the region, Jobo Africa continues to innovate and drive continuous improvement in quality, affordability, and environmental impact. Locally, our goal is to facilitate skills growth and connection with the community, and our in-country management teams mostly consist of highly trained African professionals.

Jobo Africa is a one-of-a-kind vertically integrated offering with full range of services, including finance, construction management, information technology, sales, property management, and asset management. With extensive domain expertise in construction in the region, and a deep knowledge of the global diaspora, Jobo Africa is in a position to deliver a secure collateral (in the form of high-quality housing on land with clean title) and reliable payment streams (from carefully-underwritten buyers and renters) to benefit investors with an interest in Africa, equitable housing finance, and increased access for historically excluded communities.
